I build and scale commercial organizations from the operating model up. Over 20+ years in B2B SaaS and enterprise technology, I've led revenue teams across DACH, EMEA, and APAC — spanning direct and indirect sales motions, GTM architecture, sales compensation design, and cross-functional commercial transformation.
At Paychex Europe, I built the full German commercial function from scratch: team structure, segmentation, forecasting cadence, compensation model, and partner channel. New business grew more than 125% year-over-year in the first full quarter under the new structure; partner pipeline was built from zero to a six-figure ARR contribution within the first year.
Before that, I spent close to two decades at Microsoft in roles spanning channel sales, partner enablement, and cloud transformation — including leading a 12-person Cloud Sales team across EMEA and APAC, reporting to global leadership in Redmond. In between, I founded and scaled BrewHeart, an independent craft beer brand distributed across 15+ countries without external funding — full P&L ownership, no safety net.
I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: direct, structured, calm under pressure. I build teams that perform predictably, not just in strong quarters.
